Vintage 1991 Norman Rockwell Hasty Retreat Formcraft Vacuum Form Print
This Norman Rockwell "Hasty Retreat" formcraft vacuum form print was produced by Brown and Bigelow in 1991. The print is from the "Old Buddies" Series produced by Brown and Bigelow. The print's approximate dimensions are 16 inches wide x 12.5 inches high. It has been stored in a smoke free, pet free, climate controlled warehouse.
The print was made using Brown and Bigelow's patented Formcraft process which gives a raised/embossed look to the print. The flat painting is printed in color on a rigid vinyl sheet which is later heated to the point of almost becoming liquid and then molded to give it a three dimensional effect.
