This Chevy Trucks Prism Patch was produced in the late 1970’s by N.E.M. Enterprises. The patch features the Chevy Trucks name and logo embroidered on a reflective patch. The patch is approximately 3.5 inches wide x 2 inches high and it has been stored in a climate controlled, smoke free, pet free warehouse.
