Vintage 1970's John Berkey One Giant Leap Apollo XI Color Foil Etch Print

This vintage John Berkey "One Giant Leap" color foil etch print was produced in the 1970's by Brown and Bigelow. The print is approximately 16 inches wide x 12 inches high and the image is 7.5 inches wide x 11.5 inches high. The image is a color foil etch reproduction of the "One Giant Leap" original painting by John Berkey.

The print features the image of Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin standing on the surface of the moon, along with smaller images of Apollo XI, it's launch and the American flag on the top. The bottom of the print features the famous quote by Neil Armstrong "One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind" along with the crew names and date of the moon landing. It also comes with a "tipon" card that gives a brief history of the Apollo 11 moon landing and the painting by John Berkey.

The print does have a few slight defects that are small creases in the foil that happened during manufacturing and the white matting has a small, slight bend that is barely noticeable, both of which can be seen in the images. It is in otherwise new, never used condition and has been stored in a climate controlled, smoke free, pet free warehouse.
